Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is seeking a full-time Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager in Albuquerque, NM to supervise janitorial operations across three shifts and manage budgets, staffing and safety programs.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) with OSHA certifications and leadership experience in distribution centers or building maintenance. We offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• OSHA 10 General Industry certification.
• OSHA Forklift/Scissor Lift operator certification.
• Experience in janitorial operations and supervisor roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational budget, labor planning and cost control.
• Direct supervision of janitorial operations staff.
• Ensure proper training for personnel in their roles.
• Monitor safety, performance feedback and staff development.
• Coordinate daily operations across 3 shifts with shift leads.
• Ensure policy compliance and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Implement safety programs and PPE usage; manage chemicals and inventory.
