Job summary

Clinton Appliance & Furniture is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant to join our team at the Warehouse Counter. You will help keep operations organized and support our team by handling inquiries, drafting communications, and ensuring accurate scheduling and reporting.

You will read parts diagrams, process sales, and manage invoicing while maintaining a safe, efficient workspace. Growth opportunities are available through training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of office and/or customer service experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bilingual in English and another language.
• General computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries timely and professionally.
• Draft communications, file documents, and assist with facility management.
• Prepare operational reports and schedules for accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle invoicing and collections processes.
• Monitor the facility to ensure safety and maintenance.
• Read parts diagrams to locate parts for customers’ appliances and equipment.
• Take payments and process sales in person and over the phone.
