Job summary

Pure's Food Specialties, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations, including data entry, inventory transactions, and shipping/receiving documentation.

This role collaborates with Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, Customer Service, and Transportation to ensure efficient processes. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of warehouse clerical experience, and familiarity with WMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of warehouse clerical or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or third-party logistics (3PL) environment preferred.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (SAGE 100, Scan Force, SAP) and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping, receiving, inventory, and transfer transactions accurately within the Warehouse Management System (WMS – SAGE 100).
• Update shipments in Customer Supported Portals such as SAP, Red Prairie and Manhattan.
• Verify inbound and outbound documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Create and maintain shipping documents, bills of lading (BOLs), packing lists, and other warehouse records.
• Coordinate appointments with carriers and transportation providers.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal departments regarding shipment status and inventory issues.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Research and resolve inventory, receiving, and shipping discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate filing and electronic documentation.
• Monitor warehouse appointment email and respond to customer/carrier inquiries in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety procedures.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
• Must be available to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
