Job summary

Común is seeking a Content Marketing Manager in New York City to lead brand storytelling for a community of Latinx immigrants. You will craft clear, warm, credible content across video, social, and digital channels while coordinating production schedules and leveraging AI to accelerate outputs.

You will work closely with the Brand & Content Lead to translate our narrative into high-volume assets, ensuring timely delivery for product launches and seasonal moments across paid and owned channels.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Común across social and video channels, scripting, filming, presenting, and publishing content
• Execute content across paid marketing and OOH formats, owning creation of video, static posts, landing copy, radio scripts, and large format stills
• Own and manage content production cycles with Brand & Content Lead, meeting product launches and campaigns
• Scale output with AI tools to increase drafts and maintain quality
• Incorporate content data into priorities using insights from organic/paid channels
• Triage production needs across influencers, designers, photographers, and agencies to ensure timely assets
