Job summary

Augustine Agency is seeking a bilingual Social Content & Community Manager to craft native English and Spanish content and lead real-time conversations for AFM across social channels. You’ll shoot, edit, and publish short-form video while building authentic connections with multicultural audiences.

You’ll collaborate with strategists and creatives, stay ahead of cultural trends, and use listening data to refine content. If you’re curious, media-savvy, and community-minded, we want to meet you.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish—written and verbal.
• Portfolio or body of work demonstrating ability to concept and create engaging, social-first content, especially short-form video.
• Strong social copywriting skills in English and Spanish with voice, tone, humor, storytelling.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and other major social platforms.
• Comfort leading and participating in content shoots, including concepting, filming, coordinating production, and appearing on camera.

Responsibilities

• Create social-first content in English and Spanish with emphasis on short-form video and real-time opportunities.
• Lead and participate in social content shoots from concepting to final execution.
• Engage with followers, creators, influencers, and brand advocates in real time.
• Bring AFM’s personality, voice, humor, and energy to life across audiences and platforms.
• Stay ahead of trends and cultural moments to jump in when appropriate.
• Use social listening and performance data to optimize future content.
• Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and account teams to translate ideas into social experiences.
• Experiment with AI and emerging tools to improve workflows while preserving human judgment.
