Job summary

Radius Recycling is hiring a Vehicle Logistics Agent Bilingual III to professionally handle customer car purchase and transport inquiries in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. You will oversee vehicle pickup and delivery operations and maintain carrier relationships to ensure timely service.

The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience for both internal and external customers while minimizing transport-related leakage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inbound/outbound sales or contact center.
• Familiarity with Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, CAD Software, and other software tools.
• Successful completion of all required training for Vehicle Logistics Agent level I, II, and III.

Responsibilities

• Supports managing the pick-up and delivery of purchased vehicles from pre-winner to final delivery to the PnP site.
• Provides a great customer experience for both internal stakeholders (employees, management) and external customers.
• Supports strategies to reduce leakage due to transport issues, ensuring maximum product integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Supports carrier schedules to ensure timely vehicle pick-up and delivery.
• Fosters strong partnerships with field buyers to optimize costs and service levels.
• Supports performance analyses and reporting methodologies.
• Supports process improvement strategies along with cost efficiencies and ROI analyses on proposed quality improvements.
• Maintains current and strategic regulatory knowledge, ensuring departmental compliance and employee development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
