Qualifications

• Previous Server experience in a full-service restaurant environment preferred.
• Fine dining, upscale, or high-volume restaurant experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy service periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support fellow team members.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner.
• Guide guests through the menu by explaining dishes, ingredients, specials, and beverage selections.
• Provide thoughtful food and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately take and enter food and drink orders into the POS system.
• Monitor tables throughout the dining experience and anticipate guest needs.
• Coordinate closely with bartenders, food runners, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and restaurant offerings.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally while maintaining a positive dining experience.
• Process payments accurately and complete guest checks efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly prepared tables and service areas.
• Follow restaurant service standards, sanitation requirements, food safety procedures, and company policies.
