Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Banking experience is a plus, but not required.
• Minimum of six months customer service/cash handling experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest levels of quality service to clients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Establish rapport, identify client needs, and explain solutions.
• Explain and promote bank products and digital channels.
• Perform basic teller transactions and balance cash drawers.
• Assist in onboarding clients and pursuing sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and safeguard customer information.
