Job summary

Arizona Central Credit Union is seeking a motivated professional to educate members on credit union products and services and advise on the best way to utilize membership benefits.

The role involves opening accounts, certificates, loans, and other products with accurate documentation, maintaining a cash drawer, and providing exceptional member service. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to support a diverse member base. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Educate members about credit union products and services.
• Advise members to maximize benefits of membership.
• Open accounts, certificates, loans, and other services with accurate documentation.
• Assist members with questions and resolve issues.

Role:Thisposition isresponsible for educating members and potential members on credit union products and services, and advising members to ensure they are effectively utilizing the benefits of credit union membership.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Identifymember financial needs and offerssolutions and products to meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with members and potential members to positively represent and promote the credit union.
• Open all accounts, certificates, loans, and other credit union products or services accurately, and ensure proper documentation is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Assists members with questions on accounts, and completes research to identify and resolve problems.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable credit union policies and procedures.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer. Keep accurate records.

Schedule:

• Monday -Friday (No Weekends)
• 8:45 am - 5:30 pm

Skills/ Requirements

• Experience:One to three years of similar or related experience preferred including; sales, customer service, and cash handling experience.
• Language:English & Spanish required.
