Centris Federal Credit Union is hiring a Bilingual Branch Services Representative (Universal Banker) at the Ames location. The role rotates between teller and member service areas, handling transactions and promoting credit union products.

The position requires bilingual (Spanish) skills, cash handling and sales experience, and a background in finance. Starting pay ranges from $18.76 to $20 per hour, with full-time, on-site hours at 66th & Ames in Omaha.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School degree or equivalent and two years post-secondary education in Business, or related work experience.
• Must have one year experience in a financial institution.
• Must have one year cash handling and sales experience in which sales is a primary job function.
• Must be bilingual - Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions by rotating between the teller line and member service area.
• Promote and model Centris Vision, Mission, Values and Team Principles.
• Provide unparalleled service to both internal and external members in accordance with the Centris Service Promises.
• Identify member needs, educate and recommend products or services, and perform banking duties efficiently and accurately.
