Job summary

Centris Federal Credit Union seeks a Bilingual Branch Services Representative (Universal Banker) in Omaha, NE, rotating between teller and member services to promote Centris products and deliver outstanding service at the 66th & Ames location.

Starting pay is $18.76–$20 per hour with opportunities for pay raises and incentives. Responsibilities include opening accounts, originating loans, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus two years post-secondary education in Business or related experience.
• At least 1 year experience in a financial institution.
• At least 1 year cash handling and sales experience where sales is a primary function.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Process teller and member service transactions accurately.
• Promote Centris products and services to members.
• Build relationships with members and vendors.
• Open/maintain accounts and assist with loans.
