Job summary

Sheppard Pratt is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed counselor or social worker to deliver culturally responsive mental health support to youth and families in Baltimore City. You will work within a multidisciplinary team across offices, client homes, and community settings to provide trauma-informed care and engaging assessments.

Requirements include Maryland licensure (LCSW-C, LMSW, LGPC, or LCPC) and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Maryland (LCSW-C, LMSW, LGPC, or LCPC).
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience with at-risk adolescents and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to tailor treatment plans for youth and families.
• Provide culturally responsive counseling and trauma-informed care.
• Deliver clinical assessments, therapy, crisis services, and document thoroughly.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, case managers, and community agencies.
• Provide services in offices, client homes, and community settings.
