Qualifications

• Proven competency in both written and oral language translation.
• Valid Driver's License; available transportation and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exact verbal translations for all aspects of the instructional program.
• Provide exact written translations of related educational materials and forms.
• Communicate with parents about cancellations, bus information, and routine program communications.
• Respond promptly to staff and parents after receiving communications.
• Collaborate with professional teams to problem-solve.
• Follow through on parent and staff requests with minimal direction.
• Learn and apply special education law requirements for translation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
