Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Training Coordinator (Bi-lingual) for the Goodyear, USA facility. The role focuses on coordinating, delivering, and monitoring training to support our field operations and ISO/regulatory compliance.

You will manage training records, facilitate the learning management system, and update materials. This position requires bilingual Spanish-English communication and experience with RF scanners and warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Must have experience using the RF scanner and picking.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, journals, procedures or regulations.
• Knowledge of training practices and adult learning principles.
• PC literate; proficient in MS Office and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, deliver and monitor all training for an assigned field location.
• Conduct evaluations of training and report results to Corporate Training and Development.
• Create and audit employee training records for an assigned field location.
• Operate and demonstrate the internal learning management system and training repository.
• Update training materials as directed by Corporate Training and Development.
