Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Training Coordinator (Bi-lingual) to oversee bilingual Spanish-English training for field personnel. You will manage schedules, deliver sessions, and monitor outcomes to support operational goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining training records, utilizing the LMS, and coordinating travel for participants. A high school diploma and 2–3 years' training experience are preferred. Join a global leader in contract logistics.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience with RF scanners and picking.
• Ability to read, analyze and report on training metrics.
• Knowledge of training practices and adult learning principles.
• Mid-level PC literacy and MS Office skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, deliver and monitor all training for an assigned field location.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report results to Corporate Training and Development.
• Create and audit training records for the location.
• Operate and demonstrate the internal learning management system.
• Update training materials as directed and coordinate travel for participants.
• Ensure training aligns with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide on-floor and classroom training and act as subject matter expert.
