Job summary

Sanhua International USA is seeking a Technical Program Manager / Product Manager for its West Coast office. You will support OEM and Tier 1 customers and lead development of thermal management components for EV, PHEV, and AV applications.

A background in mechanical engineering and Mandarin language skills are required, with hands-on experience in heat exchangers, sensors, valves, and pumps. The role involves collaborating with global R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and testing teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with focus in heat transfer or HVAC&R.
• MUST speak Mandarin and have 0–3 years in thermal management for EV, PHEV, or AV.
• Hands-on experience with refrigerant and coolant heat exchangers, sensors, valves, and pumps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical interface for OEM and Tier 1 customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical, packaging, production, supply chain, and quality issues.
• Lead design reviews, RFQ reports, and simulations.
• Support HVAC and thermal system development including testing and validation.
• Represent Sanhua at industry events and conferences.
