Job summary

Sanhua International seeks a Technical Program Manager/Product Manager to support OEM and Tier 1 customers. You will oversee thermal management components for EV/ PHEV/AV, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive NPI and product launches.

The role requires CAD/CFD/FEA usage and strong communication to align design through manufacturing. You will collaborate with global R&D, engineering, and supply chain to deliver high-quality, reliable systems and participate in customer-facing discussions

Qualifications

• Must have 0–3 years of thermal management experience in EV/PHEV/AV programs.
• Mandarin language ability is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with heat transfer focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical interface for OEM/Tier 1 customers and support product lines.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering activities across design, manufacturing, and testing.
• Lead RFQ proposals, design reviews, and system-level analyses for thermal management.
• Develop CAD models and 2D drawings; run CFD/FEA simulations as needed.
• Support HVAC/thermal system integration, testing, and validation activities.
