Job summary

The Connection Contact Center is hiring a Bilingual Therapist for the CTPSB program. This statewide outpatient role delivers English and Spanish services to individuals with problematic sexual behavior, under CTPSB supervision.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in counseling or social work, are eligible for LMSW/LPCA/MFTA licenses, and have at least two years in social work or behavioral health. Requires CT driver’s license and full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or social work is required.
• Eligible for LMSW, LPCA, MFTA or higher licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in social work or behavioral health.
• Valid Connecticut driver's license is required.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient treatment in English and Spanish to individuals on caseload.
• Collaborate with CTPSB therapists to support rehabilitation and education in the community.
• Work within Adult Services to help rehabilitate and guide clients in the community.
