Therapy With Purpose LLC in Glendale, AZ seeks a passionate bilingual therapist to deliver culturally sensitive mental health services to Spanish-speaking clients. The role involves providing therapy in English and Spanish, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree and Arizona licensure (or eligible), with experience serving diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Active Arizona licensure or eligible (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LASAC, or equivalent).
• Fluent in Spanish and English; bilingual/bicultural preferred.
• Experience with diverse, underserved, or Spanish-speaking populations.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in English and Spanish.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and create treatment plans.
• Deliver CBT, DBT, trauma-informed interventions.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and coordinate referrals.
• Provide culturally competent care to Spanish-speaking clients.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
