Health Connect America, Inc. is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide high-quality therapy services.

The Therapist will conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with company policy. Responsibilities include delivering individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, and community outreach to promote services and attract new referrals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with children and/or families.
• Must be eligible for LPC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure.

Responsabilités

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to determine needs and interventions.
• Create individualized treatment plans with clients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes per policy.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when needed.
• Engage in outreach to attract referrals and promote services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Stay current with best practices and ongoing professional development.
