Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. in Baltimore, MD seeks mental health therapists to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and provide intensive community-based treatment for youth and their families within the DSS system.

The program uses a wraparound approach, partnering with families and schools. Licensure as LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, or LGPC is required, with CPR/First Aid current. Mon-Fri, 40 hours weekly; compensation $63,500–$76,000 plus sign-on bonuses for bilingual candidates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related discipline.
• Licensed in Maryland as LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, or LGPC.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Comply with CARF/COMAR/HIPPA/State regulations.
• Provide intensive community-based treatment for up to 6 weeks for youth and families.
• Complete clinical assessments to evaluate client needs.
• Maintain services for 3-4 families at a time.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including school personnel and DSS.
• Attend family involvement meetings with BCDSS.
• Coordinate with case manager for discharge and follow-up care.
