Keystone Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking a Test Coordinator – Test Analyst for a client-site consultancy. You will work in a bilingual Dutch/French environment as part of an agile development team, coordinating tests across several projects to ensure software meets business needs.

The role combines coordination and hands-on testing, with responsibilities spanning test planning, creation of test cases, data preparation, functional and non-functional testing, and guiding junior testers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Test Analyst
• 3+ years of experience as a Test Coordinator
• ISTQB certification is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Organize and monitor testing activities across projects
• Collaborate within an agile development team
• Define effective testing approaches based on technical and functional needs
• Establish test cases and regression tests
• Coordinate acceptance testing with stakeholders for end-to-end testing
• Initiate automation of repetitive tests
• Report progress and quality to stakeholders
• Provide daily guidance to junior testers
• Develop test strategy for multiple applications
• Prepare data and execute functional and non-functional tests
• Document automated testing procedures
• Follow up on corrections with involved parties
