Job summary

RWS Holdings plc in Colorado is seeking a Test Lead to coordinate challenging functional and linguistic QA in a secure onsite facility. You will lead a dynamic team on projects across cutting-edge consumer tech, including streaming, smart devices, and travel apps.

You will manage test planning, environments, defect triage, and progress tracking to ensure on-time delivery. The role requires bilingual fluency, a IT/CS/engineering degree, and experience in i18n/l10n testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• i18n/l10n testing or related translation/copywriting experience is required.
• Fluency in English with strong written and spoken communication; native language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands on coordination of challenging functional & linguistic software testing/QA in the secure onsite testing facility.
• Lead a dynamic project team across diverse consumer tech projects including streaming and smart devices.
• Manage project assessment, coordination, and delivery of testing activities.
• Create and validate localization and functional test plans from UI/UX and client specs.
• Track progress, coordinate onsite and remote testers, and report status to management.
