Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, verbal and written.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout South Carolina, with overnight trips.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; learn CRM and sales systems.
• Valid driver's license and driving requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with businesses and community organizations to generate sales opportunities.
• Translate and facilitate bilingual communication throughout the sales process.
• Travel to branch locations and events to support in-person sales.
• Track outreach activities and CRM records.
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Document increases in Spanish-speaking customer interactions.
• Assist with development of Spanish-language materials.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
