Job summary

Salt River Project (SRP) in the Phoenix-Mesa area is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist customers via phone, email, chat and in person. This is a temporary full-time role for 24 months, with in-office training and a hybrid schedule of two days in the office and remaining days at home.

You will handle account inquiries, apply credit policies, and support billing and collections while ensuring accurate data and responsive service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Customer Service roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer contact via written, phone, in person, or electronic channels.
• Assist with billing, collections and applying credit policies.
• Support accurate data entry and timely processing of customer information.
• May require extended shifts and weekend/holiday coverage after training.
