Job summary

This full-time, on-site role is based at the Corvallis branch with a floater between several nearby locations.

The position offers a $20/hour base pay with bonuses and language pay differential for Spanish, plus a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k match and paid holidays and time off.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service or retail experience with cash handling preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred, language pay differential available.
• Strong listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability and confidential, compliant behavior.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and check cashing.
• Understand member needs and provide suitable financial solutions.
• Support daily branch balancing and resolve basic account inquiries.
