Monterra Credit Union in the San Mateo area is seeking a full-time Financial Services Representative to deliver expert teller support and member service on the front line.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account openings and inquiries, while promoting the Credit Union's products and benefits. A minimum six months of teller experience and bilingual abilities (English/Spanish or English/Tagalog) are valued, with opportunities for growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months teller experience
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services
• Excellent member service skills

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of member transactions on the Teller line
• Balance cash reserves and maintain security controls
• Open new memberships and accounts where applicable
• Explain credit union products and policies to members
• Comply with BSA, Patriot Act and OFAC regulations
