Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Sales experience, cash handling, customer service, bank, or other financial service provider experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accept and process customer teller transactions.
• Identify customer needs and refer them to product specialists.
• Balance cash drawer daily.
• Prepare daily settlements of teller cash and proof transactions.
• May open new accounts after successful FSR training.
• Understand and comply with bank policies and the BSA/AML program.
