Availability includes Monday–Friday 8:00 am–6:00 pm with occasional Saturdays. Responsibilities include accurate cash handling, balancing daily transactions, and potential opportunities to open new accounts after training.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales & service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to achievement of branch sales goals by engaging customers in discovery conversations to determine product needs and referring customers to the appropriate product specialists.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with friendly, outgoing, and professional conduct; greet customers and thank them.
• Accurately accept and process teller transactions following bank policies; adhere to customer identification program.
• Balance cash drawer daily and prepare daily settlements of teller cash and proof transactions.
• May open new accounts after successful FSR training.
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program.
