Job summary

Arvest Bank in Northwest Arkansas seeks a Teller to provide friendly, accurate service to customers across Bentonville, Rogers, Lowell, and nearby branches. You will handle transactions, explain products, and refer customers to specialists.

This position requires flexibility, on-site presence, and the ability to work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays. Training includes BSA/AML compliance; prior cash handling or sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales experience, cash handling, customer service, bank or other financial service provider experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to branch sales goals by engaging customers and referring to product specialists.
• Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service with friendly interactions.
• Accurately accept and process teller transactions; adhere to bank policies and procedures.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily settlements.
• Explain policies and procedures to customers as applicable.
• May open new accounts after FSR training.
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the BSA/AML program.
