Responsibilities

• Delivers a customer experience focused on financial wellbeing and loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on alternatives for financial interactions.
• Identifies banking opportunities during interactions and makes referrals to branch staff as appropriate.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Educates customers on options for managing transactions using technology, tools and resources.
