You will educate customers on digital tools, identify opportunities for referrals, and help maintain efficient branch operations while working a flexible schedule. This in-office role emphasizes bilingual Spanish preferred and strong customer service, risk awareness and teamwork within our Retail Banking team.

Formación

• No degree required.
• No certifications required.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on alternatives.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
