Lumicera is seeking a Pharmacist, Clinical Consultation to perform telephonic patient consultations on specialty medications. The role includes medication reconciliation, drug interaction screening, and guidance on therapy, storage, and administration.

The candidate will document consults, liaise with prescribers, and support timely order processing while meeting production metrics and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACPE-accredited school with PharmD or B.S. Pharmacy.
• Current, unrestricted license in state of residence.
• Experience in clinical and specialty pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic patient consultations on specialty medications.
• Document interventions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review prescriptions, verify details with providers, and expedite orders.
• Provide education on disease states, storage, and administration.
