RJM Technologies is seeking a Bilingual Mandarin-Cantonese/English Technology Trainer for an 18-month, part-time contract in New York City. The role requires travel across all five boroughs and delivering curricula to older adults both in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities include teaching technology courses, providing personalized support, collecting surveys, entering data into Salesforce, and coordinating with site staff.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a professional work setting.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly in English/ Mandarin & Cantonese.

Responsabilidades

• Teach technology courses virtually and in-person using the organization's curriculum and approach.
• Create a comfortable and supportive learning environment.
• Offer personalized support to callers on hotlines.
• Make outbound calls to senior members.
• Represent and promote the organization’s culture and opportunities to course participants.
• Engage in regular communication with staff, including feedback on site issues, curriculum, etc.
• Coordinate with site staff, including site visits, graduations, etc.
• Collect surveys and evaluations.
• Enter data into Salesforce database.
• Participate in trainer meetings and other training events.
• Recruit participants.
• Supervise volunteers who assist classes.
