Job summary

Rendr in New York is seeking a Training Specialist: Medical Assistant to design and deliver high-quality training for clinical staff across multiple sites. You will identify gaps with Learning and Development, create engaging materials, and run workshops in person, remotely, or on-site.

The role requires a Medical Assistant background, bilingual Mandarin or Cantonese a plus, strong facilitation and communication skills, and comfort traveling between Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Certification in phlebotomy and EKG preferred.
• Bilingual with Mandarin or Cantonese is required.
• Experience with learning platforms and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate regular classes for Medical Assistants.
• Identify and evaluate gaps in training with Learning and Development.
• Design and create engaging learning materials and eLearnings.
• Partner with operations to assess training needs.
• Travel between Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens as needed.
• Provide onsite support at different sites and occasions.
