Job summary

Farouk Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for positions ranging from warehouse/manufacturing to administrative roles. You will partner with hiring managers to fill roles quickly while maintaining compliance with HR policies.

You will screen, interview, and present qualified candidates, coordinate background checks and drug screens, and support onboarding for new hires. Strong ADP HRIS and MS Office skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience or similar full-cycle recruiting.
• Knowledge of ADP or other HRIS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for all openings across departments.
• Collaborate with managers to forecast hiring needs and timelines.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
• Coordinate pre-employment screening and onboarding.
• Maintain applicant tracking and compliance with HR policies.
