Job summary

Farouk Systems, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to manage full cycle recruiting across Warehouse/Manufacturing to Administrative/Professional roles.

You will partner with department managers to fill openings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate pre-employment checks. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in recruiting, and working knowledge of an HRIS (ADP preferred) and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a recruiting function.
• Knowledge of an HRIS database, specifically ADP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruiting for all Farouk Systems, Inc. openings.
• Collaborate with department/hiring managers to fill current and future openings.
• Search for qualified candidates using databases, internet resources, cold calls, referrals, staffing agencies and applicants.
• Review and evaluate applicant qualifications.
• Contact applicants to inform them of job possibilities and selection.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to gather work history, training, and skills.
• Provide qualified candidates to managers for interviews.
• Coordinate pre-employment screening and background checks; arrange drug screens.
• Conduct New Hire Orientations and onboarding processes.
• Maintain applicant tracking and interview logs for each opening.
• Hire in accordance with company procedures and legal regulations.
• Advise managers on staffing policies and procedures.
• Assist in design and placement of employment ads and postings.
• Post openings on company website and job boards.

The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring employees for Farouk Systems, Inc. Recruiting functions will range in positions from Warehouse/Manufacturing to Administrative/Professional.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full cycle recruiting for all Farouk Systems, Inc. openings.
• Work closely with department/hiring managers to fill existing and future job openings.
• Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using computer databases, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, walk-ins via pre applications, staffing agencies and referrals, etc.
• Review and evaluate applicant qualifications.
• Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration and selection.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.
• Provide qualified candidates to department/hiring managers for interviews for their consideration.
• Conduct pre-employment screening for final selected candidates, including background and reference checks, as well as coordinating drug screens.
• Conduct New Hire Orientations for newly hired employees to complete the on boarding process.
• Maintain applicant tracking and interview logs for each open position.
• Hire applicants according to company employment procedures and legal regulations.
• Advise managers and employees of staffing policies and procedures.
• Participates in the design and placement of employment ads and job postings.
• Post job openings on company website and other internet job boards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in a Recruiting function.
• Knowledge of an HRIS database, specifically ADP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
