Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented with goal-driven mindset.
• Valid driver's license for at least three years.
• Good driving record and proof of auto insurance.
• Excellent PC skills including Windows 2010 and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to support job seekers at community events.
• Pass a background screening and maintain attention to detail in a time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies to meet staffing needs of community employers.
• Assist clients in their job search, including resume/cover letter building, online job search, interview preparation.
• Review talents and match with current employment opportunities.
• Complete data entry and documentation of job seeker information and activities.
• Contribute to a team effort to maintain an active list of local job opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong partnerships for improving service to the community.
• Promote Goodwill programs focused on strengthening job skills and employment.
• Guide job seekers to grow skills as self-advocates with the goal of self-sufficiency.
