The role emphasizes building partnerships with local businesses and promoting programs that strengthen job skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is required and a valid driver's license is preferred for community events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies to meet staffing needs of community employers.
• Assist clients in their job search: resume/cover letter building, online job search, interview prep.
• Review talents and experiences to match with current opportunities.
• Complete data entry and documentation of client information and activities.
• Maintain an active list of local job opportunities and build partnerships with civic and business communities.
• Promote Goodwill programs focused on job skills and employment.
