Qualifications

• Experience with bilingual English and Spanish communication
• Experience recruiting for construction/field roles is a plus
• Experience using an applicant tracking system is a plus
• Ability to coordinate with hiring managers, field supervisors, and regional leaders in a high-volume environment
• Strong organization and timely candidate follow-up is essential

Responsibilities

• Source and screen bilingual candidates for construction and field-based roles
• Coordinate interviews, hiring steps, and candidate communication across multiple job sites
• Maintain applicant tracking records and ensure timely follow-up with candidates
• Support onboarding preparation and compliance steps for newly hired employees
