The Talent Acquisition Specialist will help drive hiring efforts for field and construction-facing teams by creating a strong candidate experience and supporting timely, organized recruiting operations. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders, communicating clearly in both English and Spanish, and helping teams move from hiring need to a successful start with efficiency and follow-through.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams

• Construction‑related recruiting or commercial construction experience is a plus
• Experience using an applicant tracking system is a plus
• Experience coordinating with hiring managers, field supervisors, regional leaders, and candidates in a high‑volume recruiting environment is a plus
