This remote, contract role lasts 12+ months with a pay rate of $45.00/hour on W2 and a Monday–Friday schedule; travel is minimal.

Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred, with a Northeast U.S. location preference.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies focused on speed, quality of hire, and diversity.
  • Build proactive candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing methods.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Leaders to align with workforce plans.
  • Support employer branding and community outreach to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle: intake meetings, sourcing, interviews, debriefs, and offers.
  • Analyze recruiting performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

Job Title: Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist – High Volume Manufacturing & Skilled Trades Recruitment


Location: Remote


Employment Type: Contract


Duration: 12+ Months – Possible Extension


Pay Rate: $45.00/hour on W2


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM


Travel: Minimal; occasional travel may be required for site visits, recruiting events, or business needs.


Position Overview

We are seeking a progressive, high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple business segments, with a strong focus on high-volume non-exempt hiring, skilled trades, salary non-exempt positions, and manufacturing/production environments.


The ideal candidate will be a strategic recruiter who can influence stakeholders, develop proactive sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while supporting business growth.
