Steel Encounters invites you to join as Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Salt Lake City, Utah. This in-person role supports recruitment coordination, job postings, and description development for a diverse field and office workforce.

As an ESOP company, we value teamwork, ownership, and employee growth. The bilingual English/Spanish requirement helps serve bilingual candidates and clients across multiple sites.

Qualificações

• 0–2 years of recruiting, HR, admin, or related experience.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Ability to learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and occasional travel to office/site locations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for office and field roles; ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Schedule interviews, screen candidates, manage calendars, and communicate next steps.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and recruitment databases.
• Support hiring managers with status updates and admin tasks.
• Create, post, update, and monitor job ads across platforms.
• Assist with job descriptions and organizational design along with HR.
