Job summary

CareDiem Home Care is hiring compassionate, skilled caregivers to help clients live safely and independently at home. We are looking for caregivers that can do an on-going 3- or 4-day live-in position.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, and using a care app to clock in/out and document care. Requirements include 1+ year caregiving experience, CPR/First Aid, and background checks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private).
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
• TB test, background check, drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, transfers and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and safety supervision.
• Use care app to clock in/out and document care.

Skills
