Job summary

CareDiem Home Care in Palatine, IL seeks compassionate, skilled caregivers to help clients live safely and independently at home. Positions include on-going 3- or 4-day live-in shifts with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, and using a care app to document visits. Training and supportive office staff are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private).
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• Comfortable with smartphone apps.
