Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides bilingual communication support to teachers, staff and students through interpreting and translating data and information.
• Assists students individually for whom English is a second language to aid comprehension and transition.
• Directly communicates with parents and children to convey school information clearly.
• Monitors student behavior to ensure safety and proper conduct in classrooms and common areas.
• Assists teachers in supervising activities and providing learning support to students.
• Delivers one-on-one instruction in the target language to reinforce classroom instruction.
• Assists in evaluating student work and supports learning based on instructional guidelines.
• Maintains classroom order and helps route students to appropriate locations as needed.
