CRI-Help is a nonprofit substance use disorder treatment center serving Los Angeles County with a mission to deliver ethical, high-quality client care. We offer full-time roles with excellent benefits, including substantial medical coverage and a 401(k) plan, and a new Lincoln Heights facility opened in 2025.

The Outpatient Program Manager oversees direct clinical services, documentation, and collaborative care planning.

Qualifications

• Must be registered as an AMFT or ASW.
• Must have a Master’s degree from an accredited university in social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Must continuously comply with all board requirements, including registration renewal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct clinical services to individuals with a primary SUD and co-occurring disorder.
• Conduct at least 20 hours per week of individual, family, and/or group counseling sessions.
• Develop Behavioral Wellness / Safety Plans for high-risk clients.
• Participate in case conferences and treatment planning for holistic care.
