Job summary

CRI-Help is seeking an Outpatient SUD Group Facilitator who is bilingual in English and Spanish to lead therapy and education groups across Los Angeles County. This role emphasizes evidence-based group counseling and meticulous documentation for every attendee.

The position requires a minimum of one year in SUD treatment, strong communication, and proficiency with EHR software. In-person work, with occasional cross-site duties, is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of Motivational Interviewing.
• Familiar with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques.
• Must be aware of the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior group facilitation experience.
• Minimum of one year working in Substance Use Disorder Treatment.
• Proficient with computers.
• Familiar with Electronic Health Record software.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group counseling sessions and educational groups.
• Write individualized notes regarding each group attendee.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Program Manager.
• Maintain a minimum of 65% DMC billing productivity per month.
