Academic Affairs Advisor and Senior Program Manager. The coordinator helps ensure timely academic guidance, tracks academic actions, supports faculty coordination, and maintains accurate records across LMS (Orbund) and SIS

Qualifications

• Experience in academic advising, student services, or a similar student-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple student interactions with accuracy and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for student academic questions and inquiries.
• Provide guidance on course planning, program pathways, and degree or certificate progression.
• Issue and track academic alerts for at‑risk students and follow up to support persistence.
• Coordinate with faculty on attendance, engagement, and SAP concerns.
• Support student orientation, onboarding, and ongoing check-ins.
• Provide phone and email support for student inquiries during business hours.
• Coordinate communication between students and faculty in a timely manner.
• Upload approved academic documents to LMS and SIS; verify course shells and rosters.
• Support faculty onboarding to Orbund and RSI expectations.
• Track grade submissions and maintain student records with Registrar.
