Job summary

University of New Mexico is seeking a part-time Bilingual Student Employee for the Division of Physical Therapy to support the REACH Pro Bono Clinic. The role requires enrollment at UNM for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027, with an anticipated 10 hours per week.

The student should be Spanish-language proficient, dependable, and comfortable with technology. Experience with Excel, Google Drive, Google Voice, and OneDrive is preferred.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree-seeking program at UNM.
• Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
• Work-Study eligible if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Contact REACH Clinic participants by phone or text to schedule appointments.
• Make reminder calls or send reminder messages to participants.
• Confirm that participants have received and understood appointment information.
• Assist with filling last-minute appointment cancellations to maximize schedule efficiency.
• Create and maintain the REACH Clinic clinician schedule.
